Health Minister Ghulam Nabis Azad confirmed this. In response to a Lok Sabha question, Ghulam Nabi Azad said that the Indian Council for Medical Research at IIT Mumbai and Birla Institute Technology and Science in Pilani had developed two devices for estimating blood glucose.
