You do indoor cycling three times a week, but you still don’t notice much of a difference in weight. You could be doing the same exercise routine every day. The same workouts improve heart health and stamina, but they don’t burn many calories. It’s time to change up your workout if it looks the same every day or month.

Fitness expert Roshni Shah says that when you perform the same exercise each day, your body adapts quickly to the challenge. This is when weight loss plateaus. You can avoid a plateau by creating a schedule that includes different workouts with different intensities. In every session, try to achieve a maximum. Try to work out for shorter periods of time instead of exercising non-stop.

If you cycle 30 minutes three times a day, try increasing the time to 60-75 minutes. You can also try something different like Zumba, kickboxing, or swimming on the days you don’t exercise. Try exciting exercises to shed weight if you’re stuck in a rut.
Switch your power training exercises if you prefer strength training. Do more repetitions and increase the intensity. You can burn a lot of calories with HIIT. For maximum results, if you’re doing HIIT outdoors, run as fast as possible for 200 metres and then jog slower for 300 meters. even everyday activities will help you lose weight and burn calories.
